Yes, every learner will be allocated a tutor / assessor who will support you throughout their course and provide valuable feedback against your assessments. You will be able to discuss any queries or concerns with your tutor / assessor.

The courses take on average 21 days.

We have had learners complete in 1 day and others in 40.

As the majority of courses are online you will need access to a computer and the internet.

Yes, the learner can change their course without redoing the paperwork. Please ask them to contact Customer Care Team (their email address is and they will be able to arrange this.

During the enrolment process the learner will be asked to create a user name and password. Once the learner completes their enrolment form they will automatically be sent to the E-assessor website to login, if they require the website address to login it is if they require login information please ask them to contact Customer Care Team.
